My RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify the most suitable Influencer Niche and groups for the campaign.
  • Develop innovative and captivating campaign brief that resonate with the brand's mission and campaign goals.
  • Draft compelling Influencer outreach emails that capture the attention of potential Influencers.
  • Identify and curate a robust pool of Influencers who align with the campaign objectives, and possess a strong online presence.
  • Liaise with Influencers and/or their representatives to negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring that all arrangements meet the ​campaign's budget requirements.
  • Compile a pitch from the most suitable Influencers within the campaign budget and present it to the client for final approval.
  • Manage the process of assembling each Influencer's contract and onboarding, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Develop comprehensive creative concepts and thought starters for each Influencer selected, outlining the project's objectives and ​requirements.
  • Strategize and plan the campaign timeline and deliverables to ensure they are efficiently scheduled and organized.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with Influencers throughout the campaign.
  • Ensure that each Influencer's deliverables are received within the specified deadlines and assist with any necessary photo or video ​edits to ensure high-quality and natural content is produced.
  • Store, organize and preserve deliverables for client approval and future use.
  • Continuously communicate with the client about campaign progress and feedback.
  • Approve the final deliverables of each Influencer and ensure content is posted correctly and according to deadlines.
  • Collect data on each deliverable's analytics, including organic and paid results, to create an informative wrap report.
  • Assist with the Influencer payment process by acquiring necessary documentation such as W9's and invoices, ensuring prompt and ​accurate payments are made.
